Sustany Capital is seeking an exceptional Mobile Engineer. The ideal candidate is able to implement quality code quickly in a fast-paced environment, is well organized and able to communicate well and is excited to work with cutting edge technologies such as Blockchain.
Responsibilities
- Implement designs for native (iOS/Android) mobile app using Objective C and Java
- Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support)
- Interact with Web3 protocols to utilize Blockchain technology
- Champion best practices as a core contributor for either platform
- Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
- Collaborate with Engineering team and Designers to improve user experience
- Apply Software Engineering best practices such as Agile & Scrum to create well-tested and documented codebase with very little technical debt
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years developing mobile applications
- Exceptional technical communication skills
- Solid understanding of mobile user experience best practices and standards
- Proficient in SWIFT and Java
- Proficiency in a server-side language of your choice (preferably Node.js or Python)
- BS degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- Bonus: A deep understanding and experience working with Blockchain technologies
- Bonus: Web Services & Hosting on AWS
- Bonus: Experience developing financial apps or social apps
